Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy Currently Handling Domestic Orders Only
Cancellation of Domestic Orders: Got cold feet? No worries, but act fast! If your order is customized or personalized, you can cancel it before shipment—just note there’s a 50% cancellation fee to cover the work already done. Once your order is out for delivery or already delivered, it’s officially a done deal, and cancellations or refunds are off the table. If a refund is applicable, we’ll process it within 48-72 business hours, and you should see the amount reflected in your account within 4-7 business days.
Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products: Received something that looks a little off? Snap a few pics and make a quick video showcasing the issue, then send them over to our WhatsApp business account with your order details. We’ll sort things out—refund or replacement requests are handled within 7 days, and if a refund is approved, it’ll be processed within 48-72 business hours.
Quality Note:
A little heads up: slight variations in print color or alignment can happen due to the differences in digital displays.
Unfortunately, refunds or returns based on these minor discrepancies may not be accepted.
Circumstances for Rejected Requests:
Requests made after 3 business days of delivery.
Blurry or unclear pictures or videos of the damage.
Any tampering with prints inside the box.
Missing order details.
Missed deliveries for those special occasions or holidays.
Incorrect delivery information.
Ignoring self-collection reminders.
A mismatch between what you saw on our website and what you received in print.

Once your order is shipped, it’s considered a final purchase—no take-backs!
